Ola, one of the world’s largest ride-hailing platforms, today announced its plans to set up a first of its kind Advanced Technology Center in San Francisco Bay. Ola looks to build a team of over 150 engineers working out of this center on developing next-generation technologies in mobility. The move is a part of the company’s global initiatives to further drive mobility-led transformation to billions across the world.
With a commitment to accelerate the development of technology and innovation in Mobility, Ola’s Advanced Technology Center, the first of its kind in the United States, will look to onboard world-class talent who will collaborate closely with global teams in the various geographies where Ola operates. The center will build cutting-edge technology solutions to accelerate Ola’s ambitions across electric mobility and connected vehicles as well as lead futuristic experiments like autonomous vehicles. To achieve this, Ola is looking to hire experts across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Sciences, Engineering and Product Development,who are passionate to impact the lives of billions in the time to come.
