Also, it is acceptable to have air in your Empty Mylar Bags when packing; first of all, the job of an oxygenator is to absorb oxygen!
Believe me, not all bags will have the vacuum-packed look! About 21% of the air is oxygen, and 4/5 of the air will remain. Yes, the volume decrease is usually noticeable, but products with high interstitial air volume don’t always have this appearance, because although the process was a success.
