  • A rented or purchased home or apartment.

Processing time

  • You can get a residence permit card in around three months.
  • Once applied, the applicant can stay till the temporary residence permit card is issued.

Required documents

  • Fill in an application for temporary residence in Cyprus. One application form for one applicant.
  • The rental agreement of the house. It should be for a minimum of one year, certified by the certifying officer, and stamped at the taxation office.
  • A bank statement showcasing a deposit of €15000 in your Cyprus bank account. It should be declared at the airport if you have it in cash.

– Asian and American nations: €850

  • Providing international health insurance. If the applicant doesn’t have one, it can be made in Cyprus for €200.
  • A document for your income proof, such as a pension, employment, or bank deposit, is needed. It showcases that you can cover your living expenses in Cyprus.
  • A copy of your passport, marriage certificate, and child birth certificate.

The Pink Slip or its renewal costs €70 for every family member.
