“I am honored to lead WACE India during this pivotal period for global education,” said Faiza Mirza, COO, WACE India. “Our vision is to establish a government-backed International Board in India, making world-class education both accessible and inclusive. We’re committed to ensuring that global learning standards resonate with India’s unique cultural and educational landscape. Through strategic partnerships and innovative frameworks, we are poised to transform how quality education is perceived and delivered across the nation, empowering students and schools to thrive in an interconnected world.”

Under Faiza’s leadership, WACE India will accelerate its strategic initiatives focused on curriculum integration, school capacity building, and teacher development, supporting the expansion of the WACE program in 100 partner schools over the next three years.

With over 12 years of leadership experience in education and organizational development, Faiza Mirza has previously contributed to The Association of International Schools of India (TAISI), where she championed leadership development, strategic alliances, and international collaborations. She holds an M.Sc. in Retail Marketing and Management from Kingston University and a BBA from Amity University.
