It’s been a while i had an conversation with you all…

The next few series of stories/statuses are for the 12thies who are willing to take admission in DU .

 

Here I am sharing an experience of how is your life is going to be in DU .

 

Here you will be getting an glimpse of the insights of DU what , when and why the events will be happening… With you..

 

So .

 

After Results –

 

At first after your results you will be confused which courses you should pursue…. in which college and if it’s your dream college or not and if you can get into the cut-offs or not..

 

But trust me and chill you will get an admission and if the college isn’t the one you wanted to be in… don’t worry . Mark yourself into a safe zone that you got the seat in the DU . After a year you can change your college too…

 

After getting a match of your % with the college when you run for admission then…

 

Admission –

 

In the duration of admission you will find few people who will help you in getting all your stuff ready and helping you in your admission and they would pretend that they are the closest of all and would share their contacts and all and trust me never do that and never trust them . You will get to know why ..

 

Coz these people will be there for you only till the so called Elections and after that you won’t find them in your campus �.

Ahhhh…

It’s quite a lot of VOTE and hell lot of SUPPORT I guess.

 

These are the words you are going to hear for next couple of months after your admission and yes get ready to wash your hands too.. ( you will know that in that time )

 

Spammers –

 

They won’t give you space , they will literally spam you everywhere even your social Platforms , WhatsApp , Facebook and Even over the call you will be watching, hearing these words and once in a while you will get fed up with this.

 

And if you help them then take care that you vote the right person who actually will do something for the UNION .

 

 

Let’s talk about FRIENDS .

 

Without a friend or friends the college life isn’t a life .

Well after your admission in the first or the second week you will get to know few unkown people of your age and in your class and those people are the people who are going to be your friends . And you will be able to make around 1 , 2 ,3 , 4 or a group of 6 .

At this time you will get to know each other and the whole character sketch of your friends some would be able to make a long lasting friendship and some won’t . Don’t get disheartened if this happens and they are not only the one… you will get better friends with time *trust me*…

 

Helpful –

 

There are few societies namely dance , music art and craft etc in every DU colleges in which you can find your interest and get yourself into it.

*Pro tip it also helps you in your future too*

 

Elections –

 

And When the September will approach you will be finding many pamphlets in the campus ground  sometimes in air and � sometimes on few students bag packs and some put it on their shirts too..

 

Yes you guess it right it’s the Elections and now you have to give your not so precious vote to the Person whom you don’t even know and won’t be able to find for next few months or decades in your campus � .

 

Freshers –

 

After the elections the best thing arrives the FRESHERS and i mean it . You shouldn’t miss this one . It’s the best time to get along with your friends and even to find someone special too ( well you will figure it out soon….. )

In my case the fresher was the shittiest one but as far as i know it is the best time to socialise and make more friends .

 

OCTOBER –

 

The month of October is the month in which you don’t need a vacation but still there’s a vacation of only 6 days � . And i think this is the vacation which a Normal student can also take his/her normal regular college days .

 

After the not so needed break you will be given the not so needed pressure from your parents to study .

 

1st Sem ends –

 

Well the sems were conducted in December and according to your courses the date varies .

In this duration you will find it hard to study, to concentrate and will start finding new ways to kill time and to get distracted in different ways .

And that’s the best feeling ever you will have .. trust me….

 

FEST –

 

After the new year spamming the college reopens and the month of fest get started and i suggest you not to miss any of the fest whether it’s in East , South or North Campus . If you want to experience and explore the DU life then you shouldn’t miss any of them . Unless n until you don’t like crowd and stuff .

 

After the fest gets over you will be given the same unnecessary pressure to study and this time the sems are conducted in the month of May and goes till the end of the month .

 

1 year ends –

 

After all these you will be officially promoted to the Second Year after your results which would be getting out in between the time of new batch admission. and will see what are the things you experienced in DU and what the new batch will see in their 1st year.

 

THE END –
